Yesterday we held the last of our 2016 series of Cooking Demos with Cheese making on the agenda. As you can see in the photos a great turnout and expert tutelage by Daniel and Josephine. Bridie was wonderful in the kitchen with help from Grant (and photos).
This completed the series which covered Passata, bread dough, Sausages, Salami and Cheese. All valuable knowledge for recreating a wonderful feast of your own and homemade products.
It was great hearing from participants who had already applied their knowledge with one family recently making 30kg of salami.
